Tire World’s Tyrfil is used in industrial and mining applications where vehicle downtime is unacceptable. Tyrfil allows you to operate over broken glass, nails, sharp metal, and rocks.
Tire World's TyrFil recycling process recycles used polyfill and mixes it with a small amount of virgin polyfill. This patented process creates a superior performing, homogenous blended tire fill and keeps used polyfill out of landfills.

What started over 40 years ago as a small, locally owned tire store dedicated to the people of the Salt Lake Valley, has grown to become the premier supplier of automotive, light truck, industrial, medium truck, and OTR tires in Northern Utah.
It is through the dedication of the ownership and staff of Tire World, to providing quality products and the very best service, that we have grown into the largest locally owned, full service tire supplier in Salt Lake City. Our dedication to our customers, and the fulfillment of their needs, is what sets us apart.
In 1995, one location could no longer hold the expanding operations of our industrial, medium truck, and OTR divisions in the same location as the passenger and light truck facility so we built our new facility at 431 West and 1500 South in Salt Lake City.
This expansion into the new Industrial and Commercial tire center allowed us to maintain larger inventories to better serve our customers. The addition of our Truck alignment shop to that facility, allowed us to ensure the longevity and lowest operating cost of the products we provide.
On May 1, 2006 we proudly opened our new, state of the art, passenger and light truck tire and service facility at 2627 South and 300 West in South Salt Lake City. Our move was just down the street but miles apart in the ability to now improve service, comfort, and the Tire World experience.
